ScreenFix provides suggested repair steps from screenshots and short recordings. It is not a human technician, not legal advice, and not a warranty that following a step will fix your machine.

You must only upload screens you are allowed to share. Do not use the service to take over accounts, bypass identity checks, or make dangerous system changes. We refuse those requests and do not charge a paid credit for the refusal.

Credits are consumed when a diagnosis is produced. Demo diagnoses are marked as demo. If a diagnosis fails before a result is stored, the credit is returned. Refund requests on a completed case are reviewed by the operator; they are not automatic.

The software is provided as-is. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or actions you take on your computer after reading a step list.
